After upgrade my dell xps 15 L502X windows 7 home premium to windows 8.1Pro yesterday, My multimedia button is not working, even though I have installed all the quickset driver, and others dells drivers and I have done as you suggest but still when I press the button a list of menu show up on the left hand side of the windows not the normal.
